that's why I got on the drift, previous low wasn't breached & with the 'oversized' laybet I assumed it was going to drift, how wrong was I?

it all depends how you view a market, we are all different. I am gonna draw some lines

What was the potential risk/reward of the lay at or above 1.7?
If you did the 'right' thing and lay at the low of around 1.55, even though the 1.55 low was broken you still could of got out for the scratch/small loss later..

How many times have you jumped on a move and 2.12 seconds later you are in a minus position then you scratch , flip sides, goes back the other way blah blah. Patience is your friend

Interestingly, it won coming off a good performance at Windsor. But as a two year old, maybe one to watch!

I think there are three significant things I can see in the market. No support for anything else, the price on the fav stalled at 1.50 and looked like it was going to bounce but a large order sent it flying in. I don't think you could have reasonably predicted the large back order.

Quite poor racing seems to be showing through in the markets today.

I feel silly to admit I got caught up in that, wiped out a couple races profits.

2nd runner found support, which I wasn't expecting - I got one big scratch in that race

Same here on one a couple of races earlier. I'm feeling like I don't know how to do this today. (huh 'today' lol)
