Unable to cancel signal rule - Rule is attached - Please help.

I simply want a signal to be in place when the first and second favs are no more that 2 odds apart and the favs odds are not lower than 1.5, I have tried to write this rule but it has failed and I am just getting confused by what i should be doing as the relative odds condition has greater than and plus.......

This one ensures their is a greater gap than 2 odds so could easily be reversed, then just add you fixed odds condition for fav to be >1.50
