Number of unmatched bets Condition - Don´t work or?

I am quite a newbie at betangel, and I´m Danish so in advance, sorry for the not perfect english and sorry if my question is way off

I am trying to create a simple automation rule, scalping the dropping odds in Under 3.5 soccer (in play). I know I´m able to add different kind of conditions, but I want it simple (in hear at least).

My rule is:
General: Back bet, during in play. Repeats 100 times, delay 5 seconds
Parameters: Best market price, fixed amount, Offset bet (2 ticks), no fill/kill.
Conditions: Number of unmatched bets on selection equal=0

My problem:
Why does this rule fire multiple bets (unmatched as well), when I have the above condition?

Something I can do to fix this? I only want 1 unmatched bet at a time...

If its in-play increase your rearm time from 5 secs to at least 10 secs to allow for the in-play delay as your currently triggering your next bet before the previous has even reached the market, therefore it looks to the rule as if you have no unmatched bets
