Straight backing/laying stake systems

Anyone got any good reading suggestions on sites/books/anything on different staking plans for straight backing and laying? Thanks in advance for help

Try hong kong jockey club (no really) they used to have something similar on there! If not that then really useful stats on horses and football (goal times, averages in games from each league in world etc.)
