Back any selection <x in-play

I have set....
GENERAL
RULE TYPE = Place Back Bet
TRIGGER TIMES = Relative to in-play time 00:00:01 to 00:10:00
ALLOW RULE TO TRIGGER UP TO = 30
WAIT BEFORE REARMING = 0
APPLIES TO SELECTION = Any Selection

CONDITIONS
I want to Back any horse when, during in-play, their price drops below 4.00. I want to back each qualifying horse once.
I want to ignore any horses whose price was under 4.00 when the market goes in play.
What setting do I use to achieve this?

There is a rule in the shared files section that already does this, just increase the odds from 3.0 to 4.0
