Hi all,
I was just wondering when is the best time to scalp the market? Is it when the current unmatched money on the immediate back and lay columns are equal and there is no particular market direction, this would be my best guess however i am still unsure so i would rely appreciate other peoples views on when the best time and situations to scalp are?

Many Thanks Billywizz.

Best possible opportunity would be no money on both sides then both orders would be at the front of the queue and matched quickly with little risk.

low risk, high liquidity, 50% weight each way, and completely clear ticks for you to get in the queue first is what i've learnt to be ideal? .....never that easy though

I look for very little money at the front of the queue on each side of the market, ideally with increased amounts backing both sides up, i.e. preventing price movement.
Cheers.
