Hi when I am using automation I I have to open the bet angle market for it to start how do I get around this.

You dont need to open a market on a trading screen for automation to work, as long as guardian is refreshing them quick enough automation can run on 100s of markets at the same time

How often do you suggest for refreshing for a days uk horse racing

mine is always refreshing at 20ms, you could also restrict refresh to certain times before or after post time depending on the automation your running
