Try switching off streaming by going into Settings > Edit Settings > Communications and untick the 'Use exchange streaming box'
The fastest refresh rate you will then have is 200ms so ensure its set to that and give that a go - if you still see it starting to misfire just green it up manually as quick as possible rather than wait while dozens of bets build up

yes, its working now, without streaming, maybe I should just keep that turned off - I have added proft and loss at the end - does that complicate it or do you think its ok, just to minimise my losses - thank you so much

It should work whichever method is used but for now just stick to polling, the problem will need sorting so if you can do the following;
Go back into your communication settings and enable streaming when you do that a box will appear at the bottom of that window
'Streaming Diagnostics Logging' (as the name suggests its additional logging to trap streaming errors).
tick the 'All' box
Then if you could run the rule again (maybe reduces stakes) until you see it start misfiring again for a few seconds then stop it and green up. After that go back into your communications window an click the 'open log' and send a copy of the streaming log into support (dont post it here) http://betangel.kayako.com/Tickets/Submit
That can then be investigated fully and in the mean time you can turn streaming back off while that's being resolved for you
The profit or loss rule added at the end wont make any difference to this earlier part misfiring - so its a good idea to always have one of these trigger just before the off as a back up
