Yesterday was nowt startling, today is a little better for me but these last couple of weeks have felt very weak and erratic. Thankfully Ascot is only round the corner!

The markets are generally pretty weak in the run up to a big meeting

I thought it would make the price fly off but the market didn't react much

Are the odds only likely to go in that direction if big orders like that get matched? Ive noticed in some of Peters videos when he notes big slugs of money coming in he waits to see if it gets matched before jumping in which seems to me to risk joining the trend at the wrong time.

I didn't think it would get too far past 4.2ish so I definitely wouldn't have wanted to jump in with the lay bets at 4.7 on the off chance he'd keep at there or push it up. And if he was pushing it up, I could always just get in later.

I ran it in the background yesterday but didn't see any issues. Will look again today.
