Hi,

I have 'automation' trading for me before the 'off' and prior to going in running I want to close the trades that are unmatched. I cant work out how to do this and I have tried a few ways but failed.

I dont wish to 'green' or 'red up' all trades I want to close them indvidually which will mean that some will be green and some will be red. Can anyone advise me how I can go about this using the rules in 'automation' please?

Thanks
Kaz

Use the rule type 'Close Trade on Selection'

Hi,

Yes I have tried that but it only deals with 1x selection. I might have 3 or 4 which need to be closed, individually, but the rule does not work individually as I expected it to. Anything else that will do it?

Do you need that previously mentioned rule for each selection?

Hi Joel,

I am guessing that the answer to your question is yes we do. I know it doesn't work as just one stand alone rule as I have said here, and as nobody has suggested any other way of making it work it must be necessary to do a for a rule for each runner. But that is just my conclusion after posting this here, I dont actually know and I haven't got round to trying yet.

It does work by being applied to 'ANY' selection but will often require conditions when doing it this way.
The best way to use this is by creating one for each Betfair row that you may end up trading on

Hi

Thanks for this. Yes, that sounds like the best way forward i.e. to use it on seperate lines. I hadn't considered that so will give that a go.
