Liability using ladder interface

Hi,

When trading tennis I use the ladder interface with my liability set at a particular stake. However when I take up a lay position a few ticks lower than the current price my liability is less than the amount I have pre-selected.

Is there any way of changing this so that my maximum liability is the same no matter where on the lay side of the ladder interface I click?

Is it because of the inplay delay? I guess the liabilty is taken from the price at the moment you click on not when you matched?
