Lay at set time each day, then Back at SP

Someone could probably answer this straight up?
Can I achieve this without using excel:
1/Submit Lay for liability bets for all UK horses racing that day > $yy odds at hh:mm am for the Weighted Average price at that time.
2/ If matched, Green/Red up all matched horses at SP for calculated stake.

Not sure if BA has WAP?
