Bet Angel not taking bets automatically

I have Guardian turned on and laying Fav certain races. However, it's not laying some of them when it should be.
Think I have followed the correct procedures but even though the Guardians General & Parameters look right, simply doesn't take some bets.

I have checked I have the correct prices to lay but I have missed something somewhere.
Any ideas most welcome?

Do you have enough funds in your account to cover the lay liability etc ?
