Time delay after offset or stoploss hit

Hi guys,

Is there a way to have a time delay of 5 seconds from an offset being filled or stop loss being hit? The original bet is being fired constantly, stops if there are any unmatched bets in the market, but when the unmatched bets in the market are matched I want it to wait 5 seconds before continuing.

I thought I found the solution....

However this will not work as it's supposed to fire a bet every second, I only want the delay if the initial bet gets matched and not killed

Bet Placed (1 second kill or fill) --> Bet filled, offset and stop loss placed --> Offset or stop loss hit --> 5 second delay before loop restarts
--> Bet killed and loop starts again
