It's just technical problems. Seems to happen regularly then a few months quiet then starts up again.

Unmatched bets should be cancelled. I've just had to use a backup exchange on the 7:30 because mine were matched.

Exchange Racing markets will be suspended 20 mins before they are due to begin while the issue persists. Thanks again for bearing with us.

Last night I had a position that I would have traded out of but the 19.30 at Bath was suspended for some time before the off. I lost money due to being unable to close and red or green up. How do I stand with this, is it worth me writing to BF to point out this fact and request a refund?

How do they usually handle these things?

Thanks to anyone who may know as this is a first for me.
