ive played around with that, what time before post are you backing? ive tried various times from as much as an hour out!

I arrive 5-10 mins before the start but on average around 6 minutes is when I start up.

I find Wed & Thu to be quite heavily manipulated and there are some really strange movements (heavy backing, heavy laying) whereas the market tends to be a lot more straight forward on days like today
