Green up if all bets matched condition

Hoping if someone could please help.

I am still new new to automation and having a lot of fun playing around with various strategies.

I was wondering if there is a condition that only greens out once all bets (both back and lay) have been matched and if so how is it achieved please?

Add the following condition;

'Number of unmatched bets condition'
On Market
Is equal to 0
