Automation not firing

I was wondering if someone could help me with a problem I had this morning with a simple green all command not firing. I had a five pound bet on Mainstream at Goodwood 14:25. It was placed at 14:24:45 at odds of 7.6 and the race went off at 14:26:39. I had a simple automation bot that was asked to green the market at 3 seconds before the off but it didn't. Initially I assumed the bet didn't get matched which is fine but my unmatched bet log shows no unmatched bets. Does the log clear its self after the race goes in play? At the moment it seems that the automation just didn't place the bet which is strange because its worked on all other markets.

Cheers Dallas I have tried that lot though and it did show it triggered once of three times. When I built the automation I built it to trigger at 3 seconds from the off up to three times 5 seconds apart not thinking of course that I only allowed it 3 seconds to trigger so it would only ever trigger once. If it had triggered though and not been matched surely I would see an unmatched bet in the unmatched bet tab? Unless the market going live killed it and the unmatched bet tab cleared (I don't know if it functions this way) . The log didn't show any green up or attempt at a green up. I've since edited the bot to continue trying to green in play If it misses the first time but I just wondered exactly what happened before.

All bets get cancelled when a market turns in-play (unless you instruct it to keep bets or take SP).

Using a 2 sec rearm time with it set to trigger up to 3 times starting from 00:00:05 till 00:00:05 after event start time should easily be sufficient, very rarely will a race go off within 5secs of the actual post time and you'll need to be super unlucky for that to happen and not to of had either of your 1st two attempts matched.
