Locked out of the Ladders ... Doh Novice Question.

Newbie greetings ...

Everything seemed to work ok initially with penny trading bets etc ... but ...

I've just tried setting up to trade on the Golubev v Melzr Tennis Match Sunday 25th July 2010

I have set Bet Angel Pro up for the 'One Click' Screen but I intend to use the Ladder. However the One-click tools are set up still as the following. Offsetting by - ticked. Value - 1 tick with greening ticked. Place Fill or Kill - ticked. Value - 20 secs. Stop at - ticked. Value - 2. Place stop at - Value - 5. Force open - set at Reverse. Auto Stake - set at Tick Size. £ - Value - £1. Confirm Bets - ticked. Max liability - £100 (even set a £1,000 it makes no difference to the problem below.)

Going to the Ladder screen with the above settings in place ... against each players name to the left is £0.00 in Green.

Staking is set up Back and Lay - value 2 preset (back & lay) is set thus, top line - 2 , 50, 500. Bottom line - 10, 200, 1000.

Net Stake 0.00 and frozen ... it won't let increase the amount.

Predicted Profit on closing Trade is blank showing only - Net stake is zero ... and greening box is ticked.

There is no Yellow Stop limit marker attached to the ladder.

It won't let me trade. If I click back or lay I get a window. 'Minimum bet size is £2.00. Please adjust your stake and try again.

On the One Click screen I have increased the Stake to £100 in the Back and Lay column and ticked the'All'. I know that restricts me to trading in the under 1.99 range. And it does allow me to trade in that range.

If I reduce the stake value to £10 I can trade in higher ranges subject to my 'trading bank' value/liability limit.

However, I still can't trade on the Enhanced Ladder or even the unEnhanced Ladder. Please tell me what to do to get a £1.00 per tick value on my trades on the Enhanced Bet Angel Ladder. Or tell me if you think my upgraded (different to the Bet Angel videos) Enhanced ladder has bugs in it still?

My trading bank is £100 at the moment for discipline purposes.

I'm losing money (Can't trade) and it was so frustrating to be locked out of the Roddick - Fish semi-final' that if I had been one of 'those sorts of people' not taking the calming 'those sorts of people' pills I'd have picked the chair up and wiped the desk and all its contents out by the end.

I've read the 153 page User manual PDF (surprisingly minimalistic on the subject of stakes and changing them) and I've scoured the Net for help with the problem but found nothing helpful. Usually someone somewhere has come across this problem and posted a cure.
