Hi All,
I've been practising with Bet Angel Pro using £2 and now £4 stakes, doing very nicely scalping horses ('nicely' as in regular profits and only a couple of times I've had to red-out, profits at the moment are unimportant to me (they only amount to a few pence at these stakes), I'm more concerned with making regular, successful scalps and learning when to accept and cut a loss).
My question is:
It's easy getting a few quid matched, but what if it's a few hundred? Say there was £40 available at a certain price and I wanted £100 on, would I get £40 at my chosen odds and the rest at a lower odds? If so, would having a stake spread over a couple of odds affect greening up, as Bet Angel gets the lay ready automatically, or would it compensate for this?
Hope I made sense and thank you in advance for any help!
Brad.
Matching larger stakes
Not sure about the stakes but learning to cut loss should be a lesson in itself. I pre race trade a bit but do more in play with good results. I have a limit price for all my matches where i cut the trade in running. I stick to it, out move on. Cutting loss gets easier when you accept its a dud trade, it makes the winning ones come with no added preasure.merrie wrote:Hi All,
