has anyone got a good excel sp. sheet done out for record keeping that they wouldnt mind sharing, im not great at formulas and if someone is and has a sheet to share i would be very grateful. :roll:

There is a great spreadaheet on here submitted by NigelK..do a search on the spreadsheet section on Nigels name..
