Big market moves today

I've seen some large moves in the markets today, Like one I was trading I watched go from 4 down to 2.6 then all the way back up to 3.8 :?

Not spikes but slow consistent moves, not seen the markets like today for a while.

I'm not complaining, I've got some decent profits, just feels different.
