and around the 7th minute there is an excel sheet about how odds move during the match.

Does anyone have a sheet for me with a few football matches where you can see how odds move during a game.

The spreadsheet has long been consigned to the recycle bin, the data was simply captured during the match using a the spreadsheet capability. If you use that you can capture the same data.
