Hi, I have muted this idea before on other forums, but having read Peter's lastest blog I thought I would mention it again.

I imagine many of us deprive our families of holidays because we want to trade this or that event, but what about swapping houses?

We have people on this forum from many interesting parts of the world all set up with broadband and tv pictures.

I live with my mum and dad in Stoke any one wanna swap me in Monaco? :P

Trading away from my main location was a good experience so if I am planning to do a lot more next year. It was important to know that I could move to another location wholesale and still do everything like I was behind my normal desk, now I know that's viable. My focus next year is getting my work / life balance in shape so this excursion was an important part of that.

In the meantime we can all bundle over to jimrobo's house and enjoy a beer around the campfire.

sure there's plenty of room in the garden (and bandwidth!) for a mini traders convention!

Actually I am off for 2 weeks to Ireland on Friday, I need a break after all this evening racing.

I am going to try and fit in a visit to Galway races for an evening meeting. I have never been to the races in Ireland and in fact have not been to the races since I started trading.

Good luck in JR's back garden, I'll post you some Clonakilty Black Pudding for the Breakfast Fry Up.
