Betfair Down / Betfair site crash

Guys - Can I suggest that this thread is only used when there is an actual site crash, to avoid people getting palpitations or just wasting their time every time a post is added?

If you have any anti-virus you have running i'de try disabling that to see if it helps
if not and if you have another PC/laptop you can test that would help narrow it down to connection or PC

Lots missing for me too....it's been like that for ages, but I have different ones missing to gutuami's. Other software showing them OK.

The way the silks work is that The betfair API provides the web addresses for each image and then Bet Angel has to download them one at a time from the betfair servers so having different ones missing on different PC's would suggest its not a individual image file you cant retrieve.

It seems to be something mostly effect users from Aus (am I right in thinking your from Aus?) so its possibly to do with the internet routing.

If its frequently happening the best thing would be to drop a message to tech supp

thanks Dallas. just tried on a laptop and had the same issue. It is definitely something with routing. I have been having this issue for a long time now. but today amount of unloaded silks was very high.

Maybe the suspend guy for the horses needed a dump as it's only the racing markets suspended and looks like he'll be finished in time for the first at Newcastle as that's not suspended.
