Has a single race gone off on time today and not clashed with the next? :x

A complete shambles, I note that ATR didn't even mention the loose horse till right near the off.

What rubbish this is today, ATR watching a chicken while a Group race is about to go off at the Curragh, when they eventually switch to coverage they put odds over the screen till the race starts. What a farce today is!

I wouldn't mind, but I've found the markets relatively easy to read today, just not had the opportunities due to races overlapping all bleedin day.

I've done alright on the races I have traded but those have been few and far between, a shambles.

i have not gone inplay for ages, last time i went inplay it happend to me was either betfair mucked up the suspension, or the api went tits up, cant remember.
today ive gone inplay 7 times. really gutted, not lost much (up on the day so far), but im gutted that i have spoiled my record which im really proud of, on top of that recently i have started using excel to close me out a a predefined time(what i deem to be an apt time usually after the offical off ), in case i get carried away, and i started ignoring it. strange how you can lose discipline so quickly when things anoy you.

I've said it before on other posts and I'll say it again. Racing is run by a bunch of idiots who live in a different world to everyone else. How many times have you seen a false start that was unnecessary or watched as the starter walks around with his thumb up his **** - everyone is ready to run and he is still checking that he looks good in his tweed coat and green hunter wellies?!!!

They have always treated the public and race goers with utter disdain and they just think that everything is there for their benefit - we all just happen to be a minor irritant for them. Of course they will always smile for the camera and tell us they need more people to come racing but they disregard complaints from the customers and refuse to change their ways.

How many meetings do they cancel incorrectly, too early or too late? How often do they water the course when they shouldn't or refuse to water the course when they should? How often do you see a horse disqualified when it shouldn't have been or not disqualified when it should have been? How often do we have the debacle of jockeys taking the wrong course or jumping a fence when they should or shouldn't have jumped it? This happens due to lack of clarity with the rules and the way they are communicated and because they don't interact with people outside of their inner circle nobody gets to know the truth. They could simply rope off the incorrect course or have a set sign (RED FLAG perhaps?) placed to notify jockeys "Do NOT jump this obstacle". Instead they prefer to penalise the jockeys and then look smug as if to say "nobody messes with us!" I appreciate the jockey(s) are generally at fault but isn't it better to remove the chance of the problem occurring rather than beating the same old drum that just infuriates punters and alienates them one by one?!?!

I appreciate that some of these points may be considered trivial and singularly I guess some don't seem that important. However, the main point is that collectively they add up and people just get irritated by them as they keep happening and the frustration builds up.

This is never going to change because there is no input from anyone outside of the inner circle. They live in the past and base everything on the past. This is the 21st century but these people are living in the early 20th century and that is being generous.

Stands down from soap box and looks for a dark room to lie down in!!
