Pubs on race courses

The website of The Rubbing House in Epsom (http://www.rubbinghouse.com/home.html) says that they are 'the only pub in the world on a racecourse'.

I don't see how they can be so sure that there isn't another race course somewhere that has a pub.

Has anyone ever come across another pub on a racecourse?
