offset bet slow

We were all new to Bet Angel once. Ask any question you like here and fellow forum members promise not to laugh. Betfair trading made simple.

hi folks, is anyone having delay with the offset bets appearing 5 to 10 sec. after first bet taken. It doesn't happen all the time, maybe 2 or 3 times per horse race (5 mins before till start). Any thoughts greatly recived.
