An hour from the start of the first race at Rosehill, and things are already looking good. :D

If you haven't been barred from NSW try avoiding the shorter priced horses to reduce your turnover.

Things may get worse from what's been in the Australian news.

In the UK in the 1980's turnover tax was a whopping 10%. It didn't matter to me at the time because I was a teenager with small stakes and had no chance of winning anyway, but it would be enough to make gambling not worthwhile. It only takes a fraction of a percent to make trading not worthwhile.

I wonder how much Winx is costing Betfair, with £650k matched. It must be traders that don't have to pay the turnover charge.

And now officially recognised as best in the world ( well joint ) . And the horse she beat Happy Clapper is rated joint 4th best !!

And yes I know it's only this years runners, and before Winx and Happy Clapper ran at Rosehill, but nice to see

Ours went forward this weekend but Australian racing seems delayed by two hours.
