Does that mean we are all doomed?

Can't remember how many meetings were on Good Friday last year but it may be significant.

Same 3 meetings last year, and 3 the year before, then only 2 for the first 2 years since GF racing started

Volume seems to reflect general economic prosperity rather than any inherent issues. Let's hope Joe Public starts to get a bit better off soon because the prime gambling demographic is struggling.

Did anyone notice this morning in the first race at Meydan someone putting £5000 or more back bets at each tick moving the price from about 4's to 3.75 then in one go taking it out, and the price then reversing not sure what his game was.

The first race a price got pushed out from 4s to 9s by someone constantly putting in new lay orders of 1k
Also someone had about 12k worth of lay bets on the same runner just sat there in play between 3s and 4s when it should have been trading way lower and after the money finally got matched it went quickly to 1.01.

Yes I think there is big opportunity if you have a fast feed or be trackside in non uk races. Sometimes you can tell that the price should be shorter just by looking at the market just because it getting chipped away at by backers and nothing else has come in, but takes balls to do it blind.
