does anyone know if it is possible to have a partial green up (horse races in running) for x amount, then let the bet continue with a trailing stop? if so any help with how to accomplish this would be greatly appreciated. thanks for any help--Stef

Depends what the 'Partial' green up is?

You cant actually partially green up it all or nothing but you can offset some of your liability as another bet
If that fits with what you're doing?

PS, I can see I have a PM from you but not got to reading it yet - is this the same queiry?

You might want to do something using profit conditions.

Initial back bet say £10
If profit > 4 then lay £5 at current price and set a signal.
If signal above set and 0 unmatched set a 2nd signal (ie lay placed and taken)
If 2nd signal set and profit < 0 then green up.
If 2nd signal not set and profit <-5 then green up.

No idea if those numbers work it's just an example.

A bet, a liability reduction and stops with and without the liability reduction.

I do try and get to PM's as quick as possible but do get a lot on a daily basis so it can sometimes take up to 2-3 days before I get to a message, so i'd always suggest posting to the forum when possible as I'm able to answer much quicker (also responses serve the community better as others with similar queries can be pointed at them at later dates) and if not me there are plenty of other forum members who are willing and able to help.
