I'm looking for a site that provides a list of the team that drew 0-0 at least 2 games.
Do you have a site for me?

Sorry i dont find consecutive draw section.

It only show stats :S

Draws occur fairly randomly but will a few biases, so I think you will find that the chance of a consecutive draw is quite easy to work out. I did something similar around 25 years ago!

Bet Angel, he might have in mind the opposite strategy: laying the draw after 2, or 3, or whatever he thinks appropriate number is, consecutive draws. But, as seen in above links, 4 consecutive draws are not rare occurence.

Try looking into portuguese matches, many games end 0-0.
