Backing outsiders

I noticed on soccer mystic that the price does not move much in the first half on an outsider. So I am experimenting with backing the outsiders and trading out at half time if there are no goals.

It is surprising how often the outsider scores first, more than I expected.

Strangely enough, I looked at this last season.

I was meaning to trial it this season, but forgot about it until you posted the idea

You're right though, I also noticed how many outsiders take the lead

I looked at this many years ago and revisited it last year.

Because its counter intuitive I like it full stop anyhow. But if you research it, it also throws up some really interesting characteristics.
