Problem with greening Up

Dont know if something is wrong with my prosessor or software. I preset trades in play, with the greening feature engaged on the ladder settings (the one just below the trading profit) when i was laying to back when the trade occured (and i was on the right side of the book it use to green up automatically spreading the profit across the field as it should do, but now for some reason am only getting the profit on the selected traded horse, have had to green up manually. Does anyone know whats happened, i have gone back to in play running although i was improving pre race trade which i have ditched for two reasons

1 I make good tidy profits 30% of my prefered stake
2 I think Betfair was charging me for Clicks which i think is a bit not welcoming winners
