Just got into work to find that the Betfair IPO has been announced, timing is interesting given all the uncertainty surrounding the regulatory environment.

Details are limited at the moment but according to Bloomberg the Betfair CEO sees actual listing by end October with approx 40% free float after IPO, they will not be issuing new shares as part of offer.
