Create a counter that starts after suspension?

Hello!

I use the excel spreadsheet for fotball in-play.

I have one big problem.

When there's a goal and the game is at "suspension" the odds are all over the place and then fire my bet even if the odds I set up for an example BACK have not been met.

So I want my bet to fire after the market settle down a bit.

Then I think if I have a counter that could start everytime its "suspension" I then could fire my bet after for 60sec for example.

I mean when its reach 60sec one cell could show 1.
By doing this I can get all my program toughts to work properly.
