Screen Freeze

Hi, all. I've got a problem trading in the last 10 mins before the off. Quite often after placing an order, the screen just freezes up completely. I'm running windows 7 on a 2Ghz dual processor laptop and 2 Gig RAM, with a reasonably fast networked broadband connection. The only programme running is Betangel (with Guardian and BF's Price and Volume Chart - which I update constantly.) I've got graphics on 7 basic to try and free up RAM. Is my machine pants?

There are some odd combinations that can cause some issues. It's probably best to contact support to see if they can help isolate what the issue is.
