Anyone got any tips for trading Ffos Las?
don’t think even Euler likes Ffast Loss, bit like Lingfield for me, that’s my nemesis, always give a groan to myself when I see that on a card

Yes. Markets are all about the physical world as well as what's happening on a screen. Don't underestimate the amount of business that still goes on in the ring and why.

Same here, scratched most of my trades but there were a few opportunities that I didn't get on.

I'm performing below par today, hopefully, that's not an omen for tomorrow!

believe it or not I'm quite happy with that, why?, because my execution has been spot on today, (bar a couple), just not had the rub of the green, remember I don't like scalping

No offence, but if you don't like scalping, and you're looking for swings, then why are you attempting every race?

Your results come in clusters, because you aren't clearing your head after a red/green. That timeline suggests you haven't had a single break the whole session which is crazy. Fatigue is a huge factor that we don't hear much about.

no offence taken but I have a method.. well three actually, I have them in print on my desk, I stick to it religiously, if the market conforms to the criteria then I execute, if it breaks down then I accept that & move on to the next market, the methods are ones that I am confident with
