They are looking at Licenced Bookmakers who use betfair. This has nothing to do with anyone who is not a licenced bookmaker.

Fair comment - the subject is a bit misleading, so I'll amend it. :)

Seems to be a story about nothing really - I would wonder who is behind the story as it just seems yet another chance for Ralf Topping and Paul Roy to spout there rubbish, say it enough times and people will believe it it would seem is their approach.
