half decent afternoon session, should’ve doubled it though, tried some Irish markets today.. which was stupid

Irish markets can be quite volatile, with rapid price movements . Not for the faint hearted ...and today’s cards there werent as decent as usual big race Sunday’s in Ireland
Actually, all of them werent decent except Ayr

Does anyone know what happened in the 2.20 at Worcester? I traded it (badly) but it's not shown on betfair as having happened at all?

Swings and roundabouts with late withdrawals, just have to take it on the chin or ensure you watch a live feed so you know what's happening at the course.

I traded that race for a small profit but must have moved onto the next before anything happened. Luckily I must have closed before any chaos.

Worcester always run chases, then bumper , then hurdles , as all are run on the same course unlike other tracks which have separate hurdle and chase courses etc , thus it saves time/ labour moving the portable fences and hurdles.

“Switching from two separate running lines to one wide track where fresh ground can be presented for each meeting was a significant development, with seven possible rail movements, explains Estates Manager Duncan Penney.
"This was achieved by swapping fixed fences and hurdles for portables, which can be towed on and off the track and easily moved onto fresh ground."
The racecard starts with steeplechases, with a bumper (national hunt flat race) in the middle, allowing the groundsmen to take the fences off and replace them with hurdles for the final races.”

It’s been like this for many years Derek.
