Problem with excel

I have of problem from Excel. Wish for to bet in In-play however isn't working, tried am kind of thing however isn't working. At the moment have set: L9(BACK), M9(=IF($G$1="In-play"; IF(AND(G9=1,02; COUNTIF(G$1:G9; 1.02)<=3);" 1.02"))) and N9(10) .Please if you can help me.

it says 'G9=1,02'.... should it not be G9=1.02...full stop instead of coma... this is just a wild guess

Excel me rejects if write 1.02

Not sure about the "L9(BACK), M9(=" part of the formula, but if I put this in

=IF($G$1="In-play",IF(AND(G9=1,2,COUNTIF(G$1:G9,1.02)<=3),"1.02"))

I get a boolean result.

Any help?

Be interested in me which formula of part this =IF($G$1="In-play",IF(AND(G9=1,2,COUNTIF(G$1:G9,1.02)<=3),"1.02")) or =IF($G$1="In-play";IF(AND(G9=1,02;COUNTIF(G$1:G9;1.02)<=3);"1.02")). Tried am this last wasn't working...
I am not knowing any more something let make... I tried all, my he doesn't work. Or sling is maybe somewhere else some that my she doesn't work...
