I’m afraid to say Croatia got the tactics better. England dominate first half. Croatia have second. Same in ET.

There is really no way we should have not got a second in that first half and that would have been it. We were never in it from there.

Yep that's exactly where it went wrong, 1st half we looked like scoring 2-3 more
Second half old school sit back and protect with maybe half an eye on the final already from some players - then the inevitable was only a matter of time
