Mountaineer's gonna be fun (albeit to small stakes), if the first race is anything to go by.
I'm gonna try laying the field at short odds and see what I can pick up.

Sometimes wonder what processes BF have in place if someone withdrew £££ from mistakenly settled markets.
Aware your account would initially go into -£, I'd expect them to automatically flag your account, freeze withdrawals etc. if you're beyond a certain point
I wonder what their process of resettling markets is.
I had a small green book pre-race, then a liability on the back bet on the horse that had already won, as you would expect.
Market erroneously settled and liability removed.
Profit taken away, commission reversed, but bizarrely as I watched the market and checked my current bets on the website, my back bet doubled or was duplicated, leaving me with a bigger liability, but just a glimmer of hope that it might be my lucky night (excuse the pun)!
The only reason I back horses that have already won with a modest bet is that I have got away with a couple of times!

People who rely on Betfair don't really have the option. Surely this isn't the same Derek that was berating people for selling systems a few days earlier but now happy to admit ripping off opposing punters off by past posting? Murky old world this gambing lark, isn't it.
System sellers dishonestly con people into thinking the system will make them rich or make money. I didn't win anything because the bet was voided but there's nothing in the Betfair rules that says you're not allowed to back a horse after the race has been run in circumstances where the Betfair team are too pissed to suspend the market - that would be a bit silly wouldn't it. 
I've often laid a horse at 3.0 because I didn't know it would crash down to 2.5 but don't begrudge the person who took the bet!
It's certainly not my responsibility to inform traders when a race starts and it was on Betfair video!
Perhaps the guy who laid it traded his first bet in the market and then decided to watch the race.

Didn't get away with it this time but you obviously have in the past.
Surely you can see the hypocrisy of criticising someones morals for selling systems when you're looking to take advantage of punters whose bets have already lost just because Betfair are more incompetent during the night shift. At least those system punters get a chance of winning and the fact Betfair are complicit too hardly makes it OK, I'm not sure anyone should look to Betfair as some moral guardian.
