It's a spoilt footballer so it could mean absolutely anything, it has to be said. Does look like it's been taken down though, which suggests to me that it isn't something arbitrary and someone has had a word in his ear and told him that isn't the way to (pre-)announce a move. Of course it could also be someone in his ear letting him know not to stoke a fire by suggesting a move when all he's done is change his breakfast diet. Still, I think the former is more likely. 4/5 to leave CP this window with Skybet if anyone fancies a punt. Decent price in any case imo even if that post from him turns out to be a lot of nothing.

Still stunned there has been a 25% price move on a team as potentially strong as PSG - then again I know nothing about footy... Good luck with the goal wish (seems a pretty safe outcome!)...

Another costly mix-up from Betfair today in the Danish Superliga game of Nordsjaelland.
- Around 65min, I bet on Over2.5
- Around 70min, the home team goes 2-0 up
- I wait in vain for Betfair to reopen markets, so I can greenup for profit
- Betfair settles Over2.5 bet as winner
- A few minutes later, they realize the mistake and cancel the settlement
- Around 85min, they reopen the markets
- At this point, with the score still 2-0 and the game quieter, I greenup for a loss
To add insult to injury, a few minutes later the home team goes 3-0 up.
Thanks Betfair.

Northbound, I was on that game too, but not on the 2.5 goal-market. Maybe the red button guy went for a smoke. They forgot to close the 1.5 goal-market when the second goal went in. It was open at least 20-25 seconds after. Then, as you say, the markets were closed for what seemed for ages. Not very professional.

Unfortunately, you’re right.
They seem to take a lot of time to reopen markets after a goal is scored. Even in high liquidity matches.

I think they've now started to err on the side of caution in case the video referee overrules a goal. The people supplying their data feeds probably aren't covering that well at the moment as early days there were situations where they'd settled markets only to have to reopen again once a goal was disallowed by VAR.northbound wrote: ↑Mon Jul 30, 2018 5:10 pmUnfortunately, you’re right.

You're probably right, although the VAR thing doesn't seem to slow down BET365 reopening of markets.spreadbetting wrote: ↑Mon Jul 30, 2018 7:17 pmI think they've now started to err on the side of caution in case the video referee overrules a goal.
