I had a good day today and paid a fair old chunk of commission...and it got me thinking how I could use this payment...
I would like to run two BA instances simultaneous...just in running..but would incur charges of £72 /. Day roughly..
This is based on say 30 races each apprx 120 secs and each instance at 20 req per sec...
this charge would be offset against the days (commission plus implied commission) *5
...so say you paid £25 commission during the day...would this allow you to run the above config without paying a charge??
..it's been a long day and perhaps the above is wrong...can anyone verify the above??
Thanks
Peter
PS any charges would be offset aginst the PC anyway wouldn't they...??

from bf site:
Transaction Charges
In addition to ANY commission payments, Betfair customers will be charged a transactional fee if they process a large number of transactions.
*********
What is the Premium Charge?
The premium charge is an additional charge which may be applied to a very small percentage (less than 0.5%) of our customers. The charge simply applies on accounts which make a persistant profit and meet a certain criteria.

Commission is good, it allows you to reduce the PC, reduces your overall commission rate and as you say allows you to use more than the minimum data allowance.

SweetBT: I concluded what you said in your response...Think I've been missing a trick, which I will try and exploit going forward!!
