Well this is a strange one :o ,

since everyone was saying there was nothing wrong with it, i tried again using internet explorer this time and it worked fine :)
however it still says the same message when i try with firefox, the browser i normally use,

i guess it's just a problem specific to me,
i had wonderd why knowone else was complaining about it.

thanks anyway :D

I had the same problem Freddie, but Andy's right you need to clear your cookies. If you don't know how this is what BETDAQ told me to do:

"It appears that you need to delete the cache and cookiues from your browser. I have included the instructions for carrying this out in both Internet Explorer and Firefox. If you are using a different browser, please let us know.

Firefox

When your browser has opened, please click on Tools and select "Clear Recent History".

In the pop-up window which appears, please select "Everything" for Time Range to Clear, and select "Cache" & "Cookies" under Details.

Select - Clear Now.

Once this has completed, please close down the browser to allow all of these details to update.

Please open a new browser and type the address www.betdaq.com directly into your address bar to access the site.

Internet Explorer

Please click on "Tools" and select "Internet Options". Within the General tab, you should see "Browsing History". Select Delete, then Delete All.

Once this has completed, please close down your browser completely, to allow these settings to update.

Please open a new browser and type the address www.betdaq.com directly into your address bar to access the site.

Please let us know if this does not resolve this issue for you."

This worked for me although it does seem to delete some stuff that is saved to your browser such as passwords etc. e.g. I visited Betfair after doing this and they were offering me a 25pound free sign up bonus as they thought I had never visited the site before!!!

That is because you have deleted all of your cookies - if you know how to do it search through your cookies and find those just relating to Betdaq and delete them and it will keep all others.
