With Racing UK's Nick Luck situated right next to the band we can all hear the music - I found myself tapping my foot to it and my results seem better!

Perhaps I shuld put music on more often

I always have music on, it works for me. 8-)

And Billy Hill radio on low volume so I can hear of any horses playing up.

Messed up a race this evening thinking there were several more horses to load but they had been withdrawn. The listen to music idea has gone in the bin for now!
