I have searched the forum as much as possible but can't find an answer to my question.

Is it possible in anyway to have the automation know how far the horses have gone in a race. So for example (these are made up figures), if it is a 2m race (on average it takes 120 seconds) and 60 seconds have gone it knows the race is half way through, at 90 seconds it would be 3/4 complete, 12 seconds 1/10th complete.

And then be able to use this information to place/cancel orders, so for example, after 12 seconds place a lay on all runners at 2.0 then after 60 seconds at halfway cancel all the unmatched bets.

I don't have much automation knowledge so this may be very simple but I can't find anything about getting automation to know how far into the race it is.

Thanks for any help.
