Stuck in a loop

Hi, have just downloaded BA and have an issue I can't solve.

When I load a market it just repeats on an endless loop. Difficult to describe but basically the last 4 or 5 price refreshes repeat ad-nauseum even after an event has gone in play or is suspended. It's doing it on the normal Betfair site too so it's not BA specific. Perhaps a better way of describing it is to watch the total amount traded volume, it goes something like $1500, $4000, $6000, $9000 and then repeats $1500, $4000 etc. with every price update.

Anyone have any idea what on earth could be going on??
