Australian racing
The explicit date-range is a bit ambiguous, but there has been good growth on thoroughbred racing according to Betfair:
"With the Flemington Carnival on the horizon we are enjoying unprecedented liquidity and turnover on the Exchange. Over the past six months Thoroughbred Racing turnover has grown 31% versus the same period in 2017. Betfair BSP pools are growing, inplay turnover is improving and our overrounds are getting sharper earlier. While many of these metrics are at record levels we are committed to improving them further".
A weakening Australian dollar this year may have helped slightly.

The liquidity has appeared to be stronger in the last few months so nice to see that's officially been the case
So Derek what’s your plan for sleep? The Valley into the UK into day one of the Breeders Cup into Flemington (the greatest day of Australian racing) into the UK into day 2 of the Breeders Cup.
After losing in the first two at Moonee I was briefly thinking of going to bed now!
But I'm back to winning ways so I'll be sleeping between Moonee and the start of the BC (I can forget UK today). Then it's Flemington and Randwick, a bit more sleep, followed by the greatest show on dirt.
